The pool was great and the location was peaceful; breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of meal options.

The staff here is very helpful, the twin room is lovely, there is a great pool, and the location is peaceful and quiet, while still being close to the city center and restaurants.

Very functional, typical modern hotel. For a budget stay this was very good.

No lounge facilities. In a busy industrilised area (Not very attractive). 3 klm from town centre.

It made my trip to Roanne a really enjoyable experience. The location was particularly good and magnificent in a quiet area, just next door to canal and Loire, the centre and Restaurant.

The breakfast had plenty of goodies. the triple room had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television. - the hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful area by the canal and Loire. - Just a 5-minute drive from La Veloire.

Food in restaurant was good & reasonably priced. Room adequate for needs. Air conditioning very welcome in heatwave!

Reception on arrival & for meal rather curt & unwelcoming. Morning shift much friendlier & pleasant.

The breakfast offered a lot of options and was lovely and satisfactory. Liked our twin room with a velux window, comfortable bed, for example. Location: the hotel was near the city center, the centre and canal and Loire:)))

The hotel's location was quiet and convenient, within walking distance of Eglise Saint Etienne Catholic Church. the area was calm and close to the city center, which was great. - the hotel had private parking available, which was a nice perk.

Good location. Typical camponile, but hotel grounds were interesting.

The meal was disappointing. We did get a replacement and a reduction when we complained that it was no better. Would not eat in restaurant again.

The superior double room had useful amenities like an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly.

Desk staff very pleasant + Clean room and linen - ineffective air conditioning and toilet ventilator (I did not find one hotel in France where the toilet extractor worked properly) and they most definately should in small ensuite rooms - one person uses the loo - one small window fitted with a restrictor - in dead warm air and - oh too much information !) I was only on a one night stopover or would have complained

There were some very noisy guests in nearby rooms and I think this was a ghost hotel ( another French speciality ) where the staff lock up and leave you at 21.00 pm - no night porter - however by no means the worst hotel experience in France - ok for a one night business trip if the price suits you.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size and contained everything required.

The first room we were given stank of cigarette smoke - not the hotel's fault - but they gave us another room, even though they were very busy. Unfortunately, there was also noticeable cigarette smoke in the second room.
